Ecomotive Logistics has adapted to COVID-19 by offering a safe and efficient ‘click and deliver’ alternative service. 
 
We’ve worked hard as a team to ensure that this service continues to give our customers the fantastic experience that they’ve come to expect from us, in a safe and efficient manner during the global pandemic. 
 
We value our customers and their safety, as well as our own colleagues and staff. This service ensures that we abide by Government guidelines, keeping a physical distance and providing our workers with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). 
 
Our contactless deliveries involve us delivering the car at a safe distance and taking photos of the end user with it at the point of delivery with a copy of his or her identification. This is time-stamped by our system. Our drivers will carry wipes, face masks and gloves at all times and will be required to use all three upon delivery. While 'click and collect' seems to be under fire from the Government and industry officials, and that’s where 'click and deliver’ comes in. The model can be simply compared to any other delivery service such as DPD or even the post office. Our recent move from the Ebbon Dacs system to MoDEL has enabled us to quicken the delivery process, too - requiring just one single signature in order to take receipt of a car. 
 
We have one of the largest single car transporter fleets in the UK with trained drivers; for both handovers and customer facing as well as driving. This means we can provide a service that a lot of others can’t, such as companies offering a trade plate service only.
