Ecomotive improves customer experience with MoDEL

Customer experience is something we take a lot of pride in here at Ecomotive Logistics and our recent switch from the Ebbon Dacs processing system to MoDEL improves on that even further.
As we all know, the COVID pandemic has called for many a change in the automotive industry and we’re doing everything we can to enable the process to not only be as safe as possible but as efficient as possible, too.
The MoDEL system helps us to abide by Government guidelines, enabling us to create a safer and more efficient ‘click and deliver’ (https://www.ecomotive.biz/blog/click-and-deliver/) experience.
Since revising our click and collect service to click and deliver, we are successfully conducting contactless deliveries at a safe distance. Using the MoDEL system alone enables us to quicken the delivery process by requiring just one signature in order to take receipt of a vehicle. One system taking care of everything, rather than multiple working parts and duplication. All of which is hugely beneficial to lease companies. Our delivery driver will take a time-stamped picture of the receiver with their ID and the vehicle upon delivery.

As one of the largest single car transporter fleets in the UK, all of our fully trained drivers are equipped with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as antibacterial wipes.
