It’s been a fantastic start to 2021 here at Ecomotive Logistics. During a world pandemic, we are very proud to say that we’re holding our own and then some.

And it’s all thanks to our fantastic Ecomotive family. A top-notch group of people who are as passionate about our customers and how we do things as we are.

To celebrate our growth, we’ve added more space and appointed some fab additions to the team. We recently increased our office staff to more than 20, with six planners and five administrators. We’ve also doubled our training capacity with two full-time recruitment and training people, as well as taking on more space!

The new space is right next door and means we can safely place each of our staff in very secure “bubbles” during the pandemic. Along with additional space to accommodate new trailer acquisitions. [https://www.ecomotive.biz/blog/ecomotive-in-2021-new-covered-trailer/]. It also means that we’re able to store some cars for customers, both short and long term.

We have also increased our trade plate offering and drivers by 20 since last March. We are currently at 90 and have further growth goals to increase these numbers to 120.

Not only that, the way we do things has changed drastically with our newest processing system change to MoDEL. We have switched everything over from Ebbon Dacs to MoDEL, [https://www.ecomotive.biz/blog/ecomotive-improves-customer-experience-with-model/] which quickens the delivery process by requiring just one signature upon delivery. Our delivery driver will take a time-stamped picture of the receiver together with their ID and the vehicle upon delivery. And that’s it - another successful delivery in a fraction of the time.
