Every BMW customer will have been sent a video which is specific to their vehicle, showing the functionality within. Remind the customer when you are doing your handover that they will have this to refer back to.
Make sure you find and hand to the customer any documents that are supplied with the vehicle, this might include an A5 card that describes the myBMW app, a driver supprt card and any manuals.
BMW customers will need to pair their vehicle with the myBMW app. Once paired, the customer will have access to the full functionality of their vehicle such as remote lock/unlock. There is a QR code at the bottom of this page that customers can use to download the app. Make sure that the customer has the app and that it is fully working and paired with their vehicle before departing.
If there is a paper delivery form, ensure that this is completed and signed with and by the customer.

The My BMW App is compatible with all BMW vehicles from the 2014 model year onwards in conjunction with the option ConnectedDrive Services and a compatible smartphone. The availability and functions of the My BMW App may vary depending on the country.
