Ecomotive invests in people to offer even bigger service

Our team is an extension of us; we all work to the same hymn sheet and possess the same passion for the business and for our customers. 

 

Not only that, to be in a position to add staff during the current economic climate is a fantastic achievement. We watch the industry we’re so passionate about, closely. The recent space acquisition, (https://www.ecomotive.biz/blog/new-site-open-for-business/) along with these appointments shows that we continue to monitor and react to demand. 

 

We now have two full-time trainers, whom have their own individual training room complete with clear partitions in order to keep every one of our team members safe. The two appointments aim to improve our quality of offering; training new people as well as those who have worked for us for years. Continued training also helps to streamline our processes and ensure each person is on the same page, both from a business and industry perspective. 

 

The recent expansion of space has led to increased office space which features a bubble system, meaning each of our colleagues can feel safe when coming to work and provides Ecomotive’s customers with the added security of knowing that the business will continue through any adversity. 

 

Tom Mallett, managing director, said: “During what is a difficult economic climate, I couldn’t be prouder of the continued growth we are experiencing. There are so many safety measures that we have seamlessly implemented into our business on a daily basis that it’s really become a way of life.
