Starting with Ecomotive Logistics

Thank you for wanting to become a Self Employed Sub Contractor as a Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver.

You must now supply us with some key documents and information that we must have prior to arranging your training.

These documents MUST be supplied to us no later than 24 hours before your training date, if not supplied then your training will not take place.

DOCUMENT PROVISION

Prior to commencing with us, you must provide us with some documentation. We ask that you upload these documents directly to us...

Within the email that you have been sent confirming your training date is a link that will open a secure folder into which you can upload copies, scans or photographs of your documents.

The following documents are required :

Proof of address

Driving licence

Right to work

Evidence of applying for a DBS check

Please check the notes below to ensure that the documents you supply meet our requirements.

Proof of Address :

Evidence of your home address dated within the last two months.

We will only accept a bank statement, council tax bill, credit card statement, or a utility bill (Gas, Electricty or Water), please supply a photograph or scan.

Driving Licence :

Please provide a photograph or scan of each side of your driving licence,

Right to Work in the United Kingdom :

You must confirm and provide evidence that you are able to work in the United Kingdom.

This could be a photograph or scan of your current UK passport, UK birth certificate, EU settlement scheme confirmation, residence permit or government share code.

Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check

You must have requested a basic DBS check prior to attending training. You can send the payment link to us and we will pay the fee of £18 when you have completed your training, or you can pay the fee yourself and we will reimburse this in your first pay. Once you receive the result, you must then send this to us. We will only accept an exisiting DBS check if it is dated within the last month.
