Starting with Ecomotive Logistics

Thank you for wanting to become a Self Employed Sub Contractor as a Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver.

You must now supply us with some key documents and information that we must have prior to you starting with us.

We recommend that you send these documents to us, using the form below, for validation prior to attending for training.

You can bring them with you to your training session, but you will be sent home if any part of the required documentation is incorrect.

Please note: Whilst we have offered you a training date, and are now requesting documentation from you, this is not a guarantee of starting with us as a driver, this is conditional upon you attending and successfully completing the driver training day.

Evidence of your home address dated within the last two months.

We will only accept a bank statement, council tax bill, credit card statement, or a utility bill (Gas, Electricty or Water), please supply a photograph or scan.

Right to Work in the United Kingdom :

You must confirm and provide evidence that you are able to work in the United Kingdom.

This could be a photograph or scan of your current UK passport, UK birth certificate, EU settlement scheme confirmation, or residence permit.

Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check

You must have initiated a basic DBS check, and sent us evidence that this is in progress, prior to attending training.

If you have an existing completed DBS check dated within the previous calendar month, this will be acceptable.

We must see evidence you have requested a DBS check before you start driving with us, but you can attend training whilst this is in progress.

Applying through the government website, will incur a fee of £18.

We will reimburse this expense in your first pay once you have started with us.

If you do not start with us, this fee will not be refunded.

Once you receive the result, you must then send this to us. We will only accept an exisiting DBS check if it is dated within the last month.

If we do not receive evidence that your DBS check has been initiated prior to your training, this will be postponed and rearranged for a later date.
